REVERSING THE CONCEPT OF AGING

We are hosting another Workshop on November 6, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you are curious about how much better life can be, this 2-hour session is for you. Ageless living is an act of courage. This workshop is not for the timid nor for the people who accept that age “happens to them.” It is for people willing to think again about their vitality and are open to making some changes.

We will lead you through some self-assessments and present some challenges. The question we will work to answer is: How does your life – and lifestyle – feel to you? Once you have some clarity there, we will help you to assess your habits – both good and bad, helpful and unhelpful – for your purposes. It’s no panacea, it’s not a makeover. It is a solid start.
